Some good news! I followed the directions for Tahoe in the above link, ie, full disk access for DMX and DW, rebooted twice and DMX Ext Manager reappeared. I hope this helps someone else.
December 2025 release (version 21.7)
[macOS 26 Tahoe only] Dreamweaver may fail to access some files or folders unless Full Disk Access is enabled in System Preferences under Security & Privacy.
Workaround:
Open System Settings (or System Preferences) from the Apple menu or from the Dock.
Go to Privacy & Security in the sidebar.
Select the Privacy tab if it isn’t already selected.
Scroll down, then select Full Disk Access to continue.
Select add application i ic icon to add an application.
Go to the Applications folder, then select and open the Dreamweaver folder. (I added DMX Ext Manager)
Turn on the switch (toggle) next to the application.
Restart Dreamweaver. (restarted DMX but also rebooted)
